Couple of notes/corrections about this piece, which generally otherwise paints an accurate picture:
The “AOL is cool” scrawled on a whiteboard that the writer makes a snarky comment about later in the story was written by one of my coworkers’ visiting elementary-school-age children. It was accompanied by drawings of dinosaurs.
