My brain never gets tired of sweet ear candy

    Lovefool by The Cardigans

Sure, you heard this song every time you were at The Gap that one summer, but doesn’t a little part of you still want to say that you love her?

    Reptilia by The Strokes

Not sure if this was actually overplayed on the radio, but I heard it on CD a billion times in the fall/winter of 2003. That killer guitar hook never gets old, though.

    Sweetness by Jimmy Eat World

This album was the soundtrack to my junior year of college, so hearing it makes me want to drink Natural Ice and not read my textbooks.

Not really listening to the radio has made me immune to the whole “overplayed” thing anyway, so it’s never really bothered me if a song I like falls into this category. Now, when a song I don’t like is overplayed and I hear it everywhere…that’s a different story.
